A book of strategies and objectives
THE PROCESS OF STRATEGIC PLANNING
Process defined “A series of forward moving steps leading to a particular end, result, or condition”
The best way to predict the future is to create it.
Processes are visible, if parties have the same facts, equal intelligence (information).
The one that has visible process will consistently make better decisions, be more effective and achieve better results.

More on Strategic Planning
Strategic planning, provides the overall direction of an organization. Sound Strategic Planning addresses the environment within which the organization operates.
This is followed by determining a mission statement, stating goals, determining strategies, and determining objectives or tactics for implementation.
After strategic planning takes place, managerial resources necessary for a plan to be realized must be addressed. The process of Succession Planning achieves this. This process finds and develops necessary human resources to ensure perpetuation of the organization. A strong managerial development program may be necessary. Good Succession Planning is a requisite for success.
